I see post here often complaining about Vodafone's call centre, this is the opposite.

We got a statement last month and it showed we had a credit balance so didn't pay anything. Yesterday I received an account from VF showing we were overdue I was somewhat perplexed, after some investigation I discovered, all our fault when paying our account per internet banking we picked up our old Telsatraclear account reference and made payment there. Damn

I rang the Vodafone call Centre today, hold time was about 1 1/2 minutes, the Agent took care of the problem transferred the payments to the current account and gave us the appropriate ticket reference. All done in about 5 minutes if that.

Absolutely spot on service Vodafone and thank you very much.

Here is a crazy notion, lets give peace a chance.

You should try sorting out a problem with your internet.

Thanks for the feedback KiwiNZ. Call center's tend to only deal with problems  and mistakes its nice to be reminded publicly that there are calls that go the way we all want them to.

Please note: I have a professional bias towards Vodafone.
