Fibre has been out for an hour here. Got through to vodafone help desk they said they had just received an email and there was an fibre outage in the area that was being investigated by Chrous

"Some Fibre customers in Dunedin, Wellington and Palmerston may be experiencing a loss of Broadband service."

This will also affect your Phone line & Vodafone TV as they all go through your modem

Yep, sorry about that folks! We're having some trouble in Dunedin, Wellington and Palmerston at the moment. Our network teams are on to it, so please avoid calling the contact centre if you can.
