Hi,

I am trying to use the My Vodafone app on my Nexus 5 on 3G, however, it just shows "Unable to contact server. Please try again later" whenever I start the app, however it works on WiFi. I am running Android L, and it was working on 4.4.4.

Thanks

Hi dcole13,

Thanks for the feedback, I'll pass this along to the team - I'd be keen to hear if anyone else running the L preview has the same issue, as I'd imagine L hasn't yet been tested (On account of it still being in dev preview & Vodafone not ranging the Nexus 5).

Is your APN set to 'vodafone' rather than 'www.vodafone.net.nz' or similar? Have you tried the standard uninstall/reinstall? There was an update pushed out to the app yesterday that may help.

Cheers,

 - Nik

Hi,

I have tried to reinstall and that did not fix it, and yes my APN is set to 'vodafone'. If you would like me to I can do some testing on Android L.

Thanks
