I wanted to know what’s changed, what do Y’all now think now that we have skinny do you think that this something more people want these day’s now that Two Degrees and skinny have it??

I don't care about texts, but rolling over my interweb data cap would be nice.

But that's expensive, what about people that only want to pay -$40 $50 a month??

Exactly.

Im on the Skinny $16 combo and love it. Although considering switching to the $30 combo

I trailed telecom for a month with a free $19 combo and the thing i hated the most was the minutes just dissapearing when on Skinny I get to keep them.

And No, I don't want to pay $69 a month

We're talking mostly about prepaid

Telecom don't have good coverage for me, but i also like vodafone's quality of service, i'm asking about both prepay and post pay, i prefer post pay but cant justify spending $69 a month.

Hey quibbler.
How is the coverage on skinny? Pretty good huh?

I hear their cell towers are extra tall. :)

that must be a retention offer because that plan only has 1.5 GB of data

So they must be no good to you then, because, as you say "Telecom coverage everywhere is crap".

For my 2c, no, I also have unlimited calling/texting and don't even use the 1.5GB of data I have (admittedly I'm not really using a smartphone to make use of it).

YES!
I am a light prepay cellphone user and wouldn't even consider spending $40 - $50 a month.
My brand new mobile cost $19 at the local supermarket.
A cheaper plan with roll-over would be very attractive option.

I on the other hand have a very expensive phone, but I don't want to pay more then $40 a month for the plan!

not sure about carryover data but certainly including calls & texts to aussie on all on account plans not just exclusive to red/black plans, therefore making other on account plans more value for money.

The thing is, you have to hunt around.

Since 2Degrees is on the market, all telco offer open term plans. If they stop the 1GB after 6 months, I will just jump to another provider.

With $69 plan, you can add another phone for $29. To me this is perfect if you are not alone, ie good to those who have family.
