I called into sales almost 2 weeks ago as I saw the fusion unlimited plan advertised on my bill, however it is not available for me as I have mine under my business name.  Bit annoying they are advertising something to me I cant have, but the big issue is it seems WXC dont have any products I can move to to get more than the 60GB plan I am on.

Over the last 2 weeks I have spoken to 4 different people and had no answer back yet as to where I stand which just seems really odd.

I have been with WXC for 5 years now and been real happy with the tech support - is this sales issue a blip ??

Will try them one more time tomorrow then I think I need to look for another supplier.

Just change now. The only places pick up their act is when customers leave. You have given them a week and a bit more than I would to come back, and if you are out of contract things can only get better by moving to another ISP.

It seems when WXC marketing created the new unlimited plan, they pulled all the other plans.  Unlimited is not available to business accounts so basically if you are a business user you currently cant do anything.  Even worse they dont have a ETA when this will be rectified.
