I had 6 mobiles ported over to Vodafone on Thursday 21st August, each with 2GB mobile data. I've just checked tonight, and 5 of the mobiles have used up nearly ALL of their 2GB - since Thursday?? What (if any) background Vodafone-specific apps might be chewing through this data unbeknownst to my staff?

Can someone from Vodafone please reply.

No Vodafone app would generate it's own traffic and using the Vodafone mobile app the traffic is zero rated anyway

End users have to be using up the data full stop, Speak to them and ask them what they are doing and make sure they are attaching to home WiFi when possible

Possibly have app updates over mobile enabled instead of wifi only?

Ok Indio thanks for DM, If this had been explained in the first post in some detail then our replies would of been different and I would of been asking for a DM myself
