Just wondering whether the upgrade has been completed/still in progress - I remember hearing about congestion and someone on the forum talking about there being an upgrade but before I make any sort of move has the issue been addressed or is it still work in progress?

I believe it is complete...but I have noticed the issue (assuming its congestion) getting worse.

I have been using VF speed test

D
espite what the fanboys say I intend to fight for a resolution as I am not accepting that 70-97 is acceptable on a 130/10 plan. It scares me that if I do go down to a 50 plan will I only get 35-40?

Matt,
Can you try plugging you PC directly into the Cisco modem and running a speedtest. best way to isolate issues. Will need to configure the Static IP and gateway on your PC NIC.
The upgrades have taken place.

Can i have your ticket number Matt?
