Please check my understanding. 

Should I get a $30 Freebie 500MB is bonus free per month each month I do a $30 top up.  Unlimited TEXT.  Mins at casual rates.  So if a person makes minimal calling or no calling - they can get the 500MB and TXT for free and have $30 sitting in their account.  Switch over to the $19 plan and then use up the credit. 

Month 1: $30. Free
Month 2:  Switchover use up $19.
Month 3: Still $11 leftover. 

There is a $5 fee I read somewhere there right?  So it cost $5 to switch off Freebee and back to Freebee right.  So if so one could switch each 6 or 12 months right to keep that down.
