IMPORTANT: SERVICE OUTAGE NOTIFICATION

 Dear Customer This weekend we will be carrying out necessary work to upgrade our network in Christchurch. While we carry out this work, we need to implement a minor outage affecting Broadband Internet. If you have digital television, it will also affect the Electronic Programme Guide and you will be unable to order Pay Per View movies. The outage period is planned from 1am to 5am on Monday 20th of August 2007. The individual impact on your service will be for a maximum of 4 hours. If your Broadband Internet, Electronic Programme Guide or Pay Per View movies do not return as normal by 5am, you may need to turn your cable modem off at the wall, wait 30 seconds, then turn it on again at the wall to reset it. We apologise for this disruption to your service and any inconvenience this may cause you. If you have any questions regarding this notice, please contact our Customer Care team after 7am on 0508 888 800 and ask for faults. Kind regards
