Hi everyone

On Monday 6 October we'll be rolling out Vodafone TV software version 3.5.2. This has two big improvements -

Support for our new Vodafone TV app ~~(coming to Android on Monday, and soon to iOS)~~. Edit - both live on Monday! View TV schedules and set up recording from your phone, works over mobile data too so you can schedule recordings if you're going to be late home.
Much much quicker to change channels. We're sure you'll notice the difference!

There's more info about the app and screenshots on Vodafone Community if you're curious. I'm totally just playing the role of the messenger here - Grant and others have been working hard on this for a while.

I cant read the updates banner at the top of the guide, favourites or plannner screens. I assume this is what the purple banner update is on the planner screen. What is the TLC one on the main guide \ favourites screen?

TLC channel is no longer available from 3.30pm on 31st October 2014.

Yup. Apple don't seem to give any indication when/if an app is going to be approved and appear. Looks like the Playstore isn't showing it yet either. Another team is handling the app release. The new software for the Vodafone Digital TV Recorder will be released Monday afternoon.

Will you look at a full remote control IP controlled App in the future? If you do please please please have an open API so third party control systems can integrate the box easily :)

The speed up of the remote channel changing will have me giving the thumbs up to potential clients now, this is an awesome update for the T-Box.
