Just a heads up to anyone with an AudioCodes who plans to move to BigPipe VDSL + WxC VFX. Last night BigPipe made some changes on their network resulting in no internet connectivity if you use an AudioCodes MP-264 on their network with a Public IP address.
Works fine if you are using their CG-NAT, but this of course can mess with SIP traffic.
Answer on this issue from BigPipe is: "The issue is most likely with the way the modem in question handles and interprets PPP session remote endpoint and it seems to be isolated to your device"

If anyone else has this setup, let me know if you can get it working with a Public IP address.

Cheers

cheers Fraser.
I'm not across the details, but I can see our network team are already looking into this for you.
I'll be monitoring this thread so if any more info comes up that will be very helpful.

Thanks.

FWIW I have a public IP on my Bigpipe line and have no issues using VFX over it. However I'm not using an MP264.

OK, will be in touch later in week when I can set back up for testing. It is currently setup in WAN mode receiving local IP from Draytek router; which means double NAT, but means I can at least have internet until I get a permanent solution. VFX line was not registering - i.e. red light, when setup in VDSL mode.
