It depends which type of broadband connection you have - but you should be able to use the username and password to sign into either "Internet & landline" or "CustomerZone" here
I am sort of in the same boat. Was told it would take a few days for my account to be "created", which was over a week ago. The CSR told me to log on using my account number and password they provided. Still no luck.
I have also tried to register for My Vodafone with no luck.
Seems like it should be a bit more straight forward? Would love it if a Vodafone rep here could help please =)
