Is there any way to set up a call forward for when my VFX is offline? Thank you.

But can't you already do this through your Voice portal on your PC ? Unless of course your internet is down.
I have done this before, while they were sorting out a problem with my VFX line.

I think the question was regarding when the internet connection is down, but yes then you can still go to someone else (or work) and divert it on-line.  Or you can call the help desk (or the voice portal) from another phone and they will divert it for you.  So yes, it can be done manually but soon we will be able to configure VFX to divert when the VFX line is not available/reachable.

Another use is if you are travelling with your VFX box and half of the time don't have internet access.
