Hoping someone from Vodafone can confirm if I can use the following form to set up VCC to pay my ex-TCL Cable bill?
http://help.vodafone.co.nz/ci/fattach/get/1315603/1396829046/redirect/1/filename/vcc-form-for-fixed-broadband.pdf

I noticed for Direct Debit there seems to be a separate form/instructions if bill shows 'Ref: TCL', but doesn't appear to be any separate instructions for VCC, so wanted to double-check first.

Sorry, can't confirm about form, but...

I don't work for Vodafone or anything to do with IT actually, but am a cable customer and have set this up, it's very easy.

You can set up "create regular credit card payment" online in your account, you don't need to fill out any form.

In Customer Zone, my Profile, click on "manage credit cards" tab next to usage tab, on the left under "manage my card details", click "add credit card", put card details in,

back to "manage my card details" click on "create regular credit card payment", set that up to your account and your done.

It took about a month or two to apply to my account, so keep an eye on your statement as you will have to pay manually until it is applied, in "Amount Enclosed" it will say "Credit Card" and it will say that this will be taken off your cc card bla bla bla.

Good Luck

Thanks for that, unfortunately I don't seem to have that functionality under My Profile.

I do however have this:

We note that you have logged in with your Account Number and Password.

'Click here to create your ID'.

So I click the button, which leads me to 'Create your profile'. I figured perhaps I need this in order to get the extra functionality.

Enter all my details, and get the following prompt. I am using the same password as I use to log on in the first place:

However, I have a feeling I wouldn't get very far anyway, as the verification asks me the following:

Thought I'd 'Try Another', and was instead given this:

Oh, I set mine up a while ago, so can't recreate it to see what's happening, I think the "create your ID" is so you can link/manage multiple accounts under one ID login.

Can't you setup the CC card anyway??, may have to ring Vodafone for some help, (speaker phone, book and cuppa)

Also try clearing browser cache, cookies, disable any blockers??? or use different browser and try again,

maybe someone from Vodafone on here can help.

Cheers

You will need to register a Customer Zone profile rather than using your account number/account password in order to set up credit cards through Customer Zone. :)

Are you logging in currently with an account number (e.g. 203xxxxx) & seven to eight digit account password, or an email address/password combo?

If you're not able to register a profile because the form claims the account password doesn't match, please send me a private message with your account number so I can check it out.

Cheers,
