Signed up for Vodafone in July. The plan was for Naked Unlimited Fiber at $75 per month (includes $10 Mobile Discount). Every bill has been for $109 per month, have called their support line 3 months straight now, had the charges mostly fixed for that given month with assurances that it will no longer occur.

As soon as the next months bill comes through its back to $109 per month. Seems like there are major issues with Vodafones billing system/internal communication for this to carry on so long. Have probably wasted 4 hours on the phone trying to resolve this.

Hoping someone from Vodafone sees this and can help me get a resolution.
