Hello

Just managed to track down a company in China that makes a Linux based PVR that should work with Telstra's Cable.

The idea would be that you take the smartcard out of your current STB ,and plug it into this box.  Then you could record / stream what is on your decoder down to MPEG2 files on a remote HD (will remotely mount your windows box etc).

Is anyone interested in this sort of thing.... Or would bringing in more than one box be a waste of time / money?

e-mail me via private message if you are interested.

Thanks
