Our cell site normally shows 3G around 3 blobs on an iPhone 6.

This morning there was an iOS update.

At first, I had "no signal" after the update, for 10 minutes or so. For the past hour, I have had only GPRS signal. It was all normal 3G before the update.

Ideas?

It was restarted as part of the update.

It's showing 3G now, so maybe the phone needed time to get it's act together!

for future reference - I would usually suspect the device, before the ridiculously expensive and technologically complex cell site.

Not that the device is cheap or simple..!

That site has just done some weird stuff around the COW that was put there for Toast, so for all I know it could have been related.

Unless someone towed the COW back to the area hooked it all up again and loaded the config again but it only happened since the upgrade to the iPhone
