We had a new t-box installed today as the old one wasn't working properly and the new one is now useless as every few minutes the update message appears and the box reboots.  I have spent an hour and a half on the phone to vodafone without it being sorted out.  Has anyone got any idea how to get it working properly?

Mine was doing this yesterday too and no amount of pressing 'OK' to update it was helping, nor was resetting it or briefly unplugging it helping either. I left it unplugged, went out for a few hours, came back and it was working fine again.

You'll need to ring up and book a tech visit. Watch all your stuff!

Nothing to watch - the box is only 12 hours old...

Book a tech visit this box needs to be replaced. the tech that installed it must have been lazy and not waited around to make sure it updated to latest firmware.
