How much notice does one need to give to cancel.  A friend with clearnet now vodafone is leaving New Zealand permanently and asked if I know how much notice he has to give.

Edit. also is it just a case of ringing or does it have to be in email or writing etc

If out of contract, generally 28/30 days notice.

But as above, check the contract.

I dont know. They were with clearnet from the start then named vodafone when vodafone bought them
