Hi,

As a new customer to WXC, I received the MP264 a few weeks back.

I've been trying off and on to get the media server part of the setup to work..I have no idea how, where to do it.  I've attached a USB HDD, flash drive etc, played around with everything I can think of with no luck.

Are any instructions available to help with this setup?  I have a flash drive with music and movies and want to access it from my TV.  The TV can see the MP264 but the contents is empty (yes I do have music and video on the drive)

Any help please!

Regards
Mike

Hi mikeldub,

The media server on the MP264 acts as a DLNA share.
First you connect your USB drive to the MP264 and make sure it is mounted under Advanced - Disk Management

Then, under Advanced - Media Sharing make sure there is a share as highlighted.

And then, you need to browse on your TV for a DLNA server (your TV needs to support the feature).
