hi, about to setup a small office with two main users and a couple of part timers. would like to setup to vfx lines but wondering what would be the best deskphone/dect hardware to use. would prefer to use VFX certified if something is available. ideally id like the one incoming trunk to ring all phones (is this SIM ring?) then have all four phones sharing the two trunks... I'm sure I've seen this with the Panasonic KX-TGP550 a deskphone/multi dect VoIP phone.

basically two users will use the phones regularly the other two will use them periodically or when a line is available.

suggestions?

Would definitely suggest taking a look at the Cloud Voice offering

Well, without any better advice I decided to try a Siemens Gigaset C610IP and an additional handset and what a great little device they are.

Setup two Open VFX lines and had it all up and running in a matter of minutes. The Gigasets are quite configurable and any handset can have any line attached to it by default or you can set it to select a line. Perfect for a small office. The other cool thing is that it has a builtin fixed line that it fails over to if the SIP accounts are unavailable for any reason.

Job done, hope this helps someone else.
