I recently got Vodafone broadband installed at my home. It has been a real pain to get my online account setup to check my broadband usage. Vodafone customer care has been absolutely incompetent in trying to help (no offense). None of them seem to know what's happening.
I have seen a lot of problems being solved here on geekzone by Vodafone representatives and wonder if someone could help me out here. Thanks.

I was asked to login to my account under the internet section, which I can, but there is no option there to check broadband usage.
When I log into the mobile section I can check my mobile Internet usage but not my home broadband. Logging into customer zone and adding an account requires me to have an account number and password. I have an account number but none of my passwords there work and there is no 'forgot password' link.
Vodafone customer care gave me a password that doesn't work either.
Adding an account to my existing online account needs a pin code which I don't have and neither does Vodafone customer care.

Please help!
Thanks.

The VF internet usage page seems to have been going on- and off-line in recent days, and has always been hard to find.

Try: https://customerzone.vodafone.co.nz/selfservice-customerzone/login.jsf

Enter your Customer Number and password.
Check Usage > Internet Usage Meters

Thank you for your reply Sideface.

At the link you provided, If I use my customer number or login id to login it says incorrect login details.

So i registered for new I'd and was able to log in successfully.

When I log in, I get this message
'We note that your Profile is not associated with a Vodafone account.
If you are an existing customer, please select “Associate an Account” to link any existing accounts to your Profile.
If you are not a Vodafone customer you can join online now by selecting “Order or Change Products”. '

I click on associate account and it then requires me to login with an account number and password.

I don't have an account number, so I use my customer number and it just doesn't work. Customer care said I should try adding a zero in front of the customer number (to make it my account number) and it still doesn't work.

What could I do next.

Thank you.

Customerzone is for fibre and ex telstraclear customers

What did you connect up to ADSL, VDSL, Cable or fibre?
