Trying to top up a phone online via credit card and I'm getting the error message:

My Vodafone  >

Oops there’s a problem with this content, please try refreshing your browser.

Happening in both IE and Firefox. Is something up with the site at the moment? Nothing mentioned on the VF forum page either...

I've since topped up via the contact centre, but is no one else getting this error? I was trying to top up via https://www.vodafone.co.nz/myvodafone/topup-or-pay (as per the link on Vodafone's homepage).

I have the most problems with the vodafone prepay services of any site I topup on.

I actually lost one of my sims I only use for data because the 3 times in the month before deactivation I went to top up, it either wouldnt let me login, or just spat out random error messages.

Still no go...johnr did you want to let someone know? I've tried from two different machines and two different browsers (Firefox and IE); this surely can't be my connection, can it?

This happened a couple of weeks back, took several days before back online. Frustrating that it has happened again.

You don't need to login to topup a prepay number now you can do this from the main page of the vodafone.co.nz site

Just tested the app on my prepay test number and it's working for me

For me neither the mobile app or website auto login (on mobile network) were working from sometime after xmas until yesterday.

Manual login on the website was working, mostly... sometimes it would say ID not setup even though it was.

Both the Android app and web have been broken or only partially working for me in the past few weeks.
