Anyone used the coverage tool on the Vodafone website? I had a go and it did not work. It asked me to contact customer services. Clicked on the link to provide feedback and the mail came back <coverage.tool@vodafone.com>... User unknown. Nice one Vodafone.
How about some detailed up to date coverage maps!

Hi there,

just to let you know, we're upgrading the back-end system that provides the web content (hence some of the weirdness you'll all have seen over the last week or so, naming no names Flossie

) and one of the outcomes will be the coverage maps will be updated far more frequently.

That's good to hear. I've referred a few of my customers to Telecom for their data cards due to Vodafone's online maps saying there was no 3G; then only to discover later that you did have coverage. This will be of great help. Hope you bring back the "planned coverage" page too.
