Hey guys.

My mum has a Vodafone handset she wants to put on 2Degrees. We paid $30 to get it unlocked online, payment went through but the unlock instructions aren't loading. Both the links in the Email and also on the website after paying aren't working. Either loads up a blank page or 404 Error page.

Any ideas?

Maybe you got scammed?

Have you tried contacting who you paid?

I went to www.vodafone.co.nz/unlock as directed by the sticker on the box.

So the link to the instructions is still going 404? If so then have you notified the folks on Vodafone to get that fixed?
