I seem to be able to RDP into my home computers using Chrome Remote Desktop from my iPhone over 4G - home internet connection is on cable (Upper Riccarton).

My cable internet is also down, Hei Hei / Upper Riccarton area. Cable TV is still working at least, watching a bit of college hoops as I get holiday stuff done.
