I was just looking on the Vodafone website at the open term plans and see that there is a deal that if you sign up to Red+ Essentials before March 31st you will get 3.5GB of data for the next 24 months instead of the usual 1.5GB.

I am already on this plan so my first question is will I be given 3.5GB/month for the next 24 months as well or do I need to cancel my plan and then sign up again or jump through some similar silly hoop?

Also, it's for 24 months... on an open term contract. Can I assume that this just means that if for any reason I stopped and then restarted on the plan I would lose the extra data and that would be the only penalty?

Cheers for any clarification you can give.

You will not automatically get the offer if already on the plan before promo started

I am in the same boat. I wish this was offered to all current customers as well.

Call them up, wait an hour, then explain your situation, hopefully they will let you have the extra benefit.
