I have a motorola v3x that I bought about a month ago.  I recently bought some stereo headphone adapters from trademe (and eventually got two that kind of worked) so I can use standard headphones with the adapter into the mini usb socket.

The adapters do not play stereo sound, but only dual channel mono sound.  I tested this by creating separate left and right only tracks, which end up sounding exactly the same and across both speakers.

I am currently in the process of trying to get the seller to remedy this, but thought I should check further about the stereo capabilities of this phone.  I have tried searching the tech specs online, but there is nothing detailed enough.

Does anyone know whether the software and hardware (including mini usb output) is capable of playing separate stereo channels?
