Yay!
I've been checking out for this online service whenever I get to TCL's website... and today, with just trying my lucky... it works!
In the past, I tried using my internet usage login to check and see if that works, and few times on the phone with customer service, I asked if I am able to check my bill online. Well, I was told it isn't working yet... and today it works, FINALLY!
So go to TCL Customer Services page and click on View Bill. And try use your Internet Usage Meter login.
What you can expect to see after logged in, past 2 months and current/latest bill in PDFs, pay online using Credit Card.
Kudos TCL! Great to see this feature is finally "activated"... as my bill usually due on 2nd week of the month, and I get my bill on mail just a week before... sometimes it's slow to arrive (like this time)
