Hi Guys, Wondering if one of the helpful vodafone reps that frequent here would be able to look into a case for me...

A mate of mine has just moved back into his new house after an EQC build, and the UFB installation seems to have been a bit delayed.

I believe they are waiting for cabling to be run from the house to the street. Downer have been on site, but advised that it wasn't an easy job and nothing has been heard about it since.

They work from home (as they have young kids), so at the moment are a bit hamstrung and having to make other arrangements.
Am I able to whim someone their details and get a status on where there installation is up to? And maybe if the ETA of the cable run is going to be protracted, arrange a temporary Vodem for use on the Home Gateway they have sitting idle at the moment?

In case you don't get a better answer, get them to call 0800 806 106. IIRC option 2 is for a status update on an existing application.
