On 11th February I managed to speak to Vodafone. I had over 20 years with Telecom and last February joined Vodafone on a 12 month contract.
I have no technical issues with Vodafone, but knew that after 12 months my monthly bill would increase by $10 per month. It was clearly stated that this would happen.
So I was paying $103 per month (after they added the $4.00 increase to cover their costs) for a 150gb VDSL plan plus home line per month. This plan no longer exists.

So I thought, I may as well sign up for the Unlimited VDSL plan plus phone for $109.00 per month.
I finally managed to speak to a Vodafone rep. I quizzed him and was assured that I would be only paying $109 per month. This was obviously better than paying $103 + $10 = $113 per month for a 150gb cap.

No sooner had the sales rep. changed my plan to Unlimited, I got an email saying my monthly bill would be $115.00.

I immediately logged an incident with Vodafone (rather than wait on the phone again) asking why I was assured my bill would be $109 per month and was now $115 per month. I have an incident number.

After initially logging my issue on Feb 11 (Wednesday) I have heard nothing from Vodafone.

I work one way or another in Customer Services and there is now way that I could not reply within 3 days to a Service Request.

It is now the 18th February (Wednesday) and exactly 1 week (7 days) since I logged my issue.
I have heard from no-one at Vodafone.
I will follow-up with Vodafone via an official email via their web site, but what is an ordinary Vodafone user supposed to do, in order to get a response.

I am amazed that companies think they can get away with online ticking response like this. 3 days is taking the piss. A week is clearly showing they dont care.

Hi Mike
I don't know what a "DM" is.
I have "PM"' you (???)  with my Vodafone Account No. but geekzone says you haven't read the message.
My Vodafone Incident is 150211-005064.

Strangely enough you hit the "email" button on a users post to send a "private message".

Vodafone aren't generally known for providing good customer service. They're generally ok but inconsistent. I asked for their cable to be removed last week: they had someoue out to do it within 24 hours - they'd told me someone would call me within 48 hours, lucky I happened to be at home.

The email button is at the top right of a post, hovering over it says Send Private Message. Probably should not say email, but I think it does actually send the user an email telling them they have a PM :)

9 days after I logged my call via email, I received an email back.
They are discounting my new monthly $115 to $109 for my 12 month contract.
I am pleased about that, because it was what I expected I would be paying (and was told that over the phone)
However, there was no answer as to why my new amount was to be $115.
I have searched the Vodafone web site and cannot find any mention of a $115 Vodafone home phone + unlimited VDSL plan.
