We are looking at making an offer on a property up Auckland way and I wondered if anyone can do a more detailed check on what is available broadband-wise at the address?

VF and Chorus sites offer two different answers...!

Can PM the address if anyone can help.

Thanks

That ain't Auckland- it's firmly in the Waikato Cow Country.

Edited for spelling

That's why I said "up Auckland way" rather than "in Auckland"..! ;-)

It's only just outside the Supercity boundary but without the rates bills...!

Also we need plenty of land without spending $5 million.

The Chorus map shows VDSL (at least for some of it) so I'd be impressed if that's served from a Conklin :)

I'll run a prequal for you if you can PM me the exact address. The prequal's aren't always 100% accurate, but it's pretty darn close.

I was about to say where exactly in Pukekawa you plan to move to.
If you're near the center you'll be in luck with keeping your VDSL line. Outskirts you'll be on the long line which won't be good enough to keep your VDSL.

If you wanted to move to Pukekohe however there's UFB being serviced :)
Also I hope you stop by Pokeno ice cream, they have really good ice cream there and a Market.

As above :) I'm about 8kms up the road in Tuakau, and VDSL is okay here so hopefully you'll be in luck. Pokeno Ice Cream is a regular Sunday tradition around here. :)

When I was living with my aunts down just 2 minute walk from Pokeno we had ice cream every time the market was open. Good times in the summer!

Pokeno Markets are great too.
The Bacon shop does good Pork Sausages as well (I'm not super keen on their bacon, but the snags are good!)
