Just thought I would give a shout out for the great service I had on the weekend from these companies.

My dsl went down about 8 on Saturday night so I called Vodafone. I got their "45 minute wait time" message but they answered within five. We did some diagnostics over the phone and it was decided Chorus needed to come out.

Chorus turned up the next morning (SUNDAY!), had a look at my end, went down to the cabinet, and I was back in business within 20 minutes.
