Hi,
we have had Vodafone TV for 10 days, it has never worked. We have had two visits, three set top boxes, two modems, fibre internal box checked/replaced, 3 plus hours on hold etc and still nothing.
When a Chorus guy was here, Chorus turned off tagging and it worked. First, what is tagging? Second, Chorus refused to leave it off while Vodafone worked on the problem, why?
Any help appreciated.
