If anyone is on from Vodafone at the moment, I can't access the Customer Zone (ex TCL).

The main VF site appears fine, when I try to logon it just hangs and says "Loading" on the tab.

I've also tried going directly to my bill using the link on my email but that also just hangs.

Is this a known problem?  Is there some service happening to the site?  Do you know when it will be back up again?

Thanks

I have the same problem - can't access my usage meter or speedtest in customerzone.vodafone.co.nz

I am an ex-TelstraClear cable customer.

I left it a couple of days and it appears to be working now. Checked my bill and as suspected have been charged for Sky services that I had cancelled!  Oh well wish me luck!
