We changed from the 100GB plan to unlimited early Jan, the changeover happened at the end of that month. So we have a charge on the next account for the unlimited AND the 100GB package. I made a phone call, yes that was an error, it's all fixed now. Just pay $X amount.

Just checked the latest bill, and.... the while the adjustment was made on the previous bill, we are again charged for 100GB Usage Pack + Unlimited Standard Broadband and home phone.
Usage meter shows only the unlimited package.  Another call I guess. Hope this isn't going to happen again next month!

I'm in the same boat Received bill last night and was charged for our old 60GB data plan, but the data we went over (received no email about going over our allowance, and mentioned in this email to them). This is despite changing to unlimited in January. I see a ETC cost, a modem cost etc on the bill like we've cancelled our new package early (when we haven't) reverted back to our old plan. Checked on MyVodafone - this month is unlimited data.

Have emailed them to investigate the bill.

You think that is bad? I changed to UFB last year. Vodafone are still sending me bills for my old ADSL service.

I contacted Vodafone via twitter -- they looked into it and 'Order had to be rerun sorry. This is in progress at the moment. I apologise for the delay here'. Hopefully a new bill is generated before the payment date of 19th March, looks likely.

I hope you get a speedy resolution, Apsattv.

I've sent an email from the webform. Can't face Bic Runga and Opshop for 30 minutes.
