Hi,

My wife's open term plan although is identical - she was offered additional 500mb / month. I was hoping to get the same deal. We obviously are from a same house hold, Vodafone 2 monthly plans and broadband.

What can I do to get the same deal as her? :)

Why did she get the deal? Is she a long term customer and you're not? It's pretty common for VF (and Spark for that matter) to offer special deals to long term customers.

Do you get 500MB and she gets 1GB? They are not the same plan

No John,

She gets 1.75gb and I get 1.25gb...

I think we both have been on account customer since 2001.
