I've just signed up for TelstraClears PDQ product, and got all the new stuff last Friday.

We have a dynalink wireless router connect via cat5 to a laptop, which acts as our internet gateway. We have two desktops on the wireless LAN. All machines are running XP SP2. The wireless LAN is functioning perfectly. I want to connect the 1320 modem into the wireless router to give access to all machines teh interweb. I connected the 1320 directly via cat5 to the laptop and got it going on the web immediately. Unplugged it from the laptop, re-connected the laptop to the wireless router via cat5 and plugged the cat5 from the 1320 into a second port on the wireless router and absolutely nothing. I've tried running the network setup wizards and I got a brief connection twice then nothing.

The CD which comes with the modem is quite useless for this scenario, it's like they've never heard of a home LAN with shared internet access. I tried ringing the helpdesk, but it was the usual TelstraClear story - I was told (after a 15 minute wait) by the front desk underling that I'd have to talk to the IP team, whose queue had an "estimated 47 minute wait".

I managed to get the Woosh Wireless modem going & shared all by myself over our home LAN, a feat I consider worth a large and shiny medal, but this seems to be defeating me. Anyone got a straightforward guide? I admit I could be a bit rusty, its been a year since I last did this so it could be something obvious.
