My friend has a Motorola V360V with a dead main screen - everything else works fine.

I need to get the photos off this phone for her - she doesn't care about the phone, just the photos.

I've tried a USB cable I had lying around, and its recognised by my computer, but it won't load up as a mass storage drive.  I understand it should, and I've even tried installing drivers I've found on the web to no avail.

Next step is to try Bluetooth transfer.  Unfortunately I can't see the menus to know if I'm actually turning it on.

Can anyone help me here?  If you have a V360V I'd appreciate a step by step on how to turn bluetooth on blind.

Thanks,  B

Remove the memory card and place it in a card reader?

Unfortunately she didn't use one.  I thought about putting a card in and transferring the photos, but again there's no way of seeing the menu...

*sigh*
