Has anyone purchased the DVX Executive IP Line (incl. Enhanced Features, DDI & Voicemail) for $35 ex GST?

How does it differ from the $10 VFX Line, and since all WorldXchange phones have a DDI, how come this is a selling point, I can't find any information on the dealer site either.

Why is it so expensive, does it have PABX options like being able to group pickup/hunt and additional reception options?
