In the VFX portal: "messaging" then "greetings". You will find an option for number of rings down bottom of this page. You will need to experiment to find your 45sec.

I dont find that very intuitive

Expected it to be here

Voice Management - On
Record messages for calls that are not answered within a specified number of rings or for busy calls.

No matter thank for "Thank You" I found it, but I cant change it from 3, if select a higher number it reverts back to 3

Any ideas?

It seem also the call answer forward is a bit unaccurate too

I change the settings to 2 rings however i tested it and it forwards the call on the 5th ring..

There is a topic on this

http://www.geekzone.co.nz/forums.asp?ForumId=65&TopicId=12784

The system intially is a  2 to 1 ratio, we did change it at one stage but the firmware at that time did not give enough options ie number of rings only 6 by memory this was 2 short and we had a number of complaints, so we had to change it back. We are now running some later firmware which gives us more rings up to 20, we will be changing in the near future so it will back to a 1 to 1 ratio.
