EDIT:- This was completed this morning from 05:30 and is now in effect

Well this this will be the second attempt at this ,

We made a change a while ago to bring the number of rings the VFX line will ring before it goes to Voicemail and on call transfer to be in line with the settings on the VFX portal, this had a couple of issues , see the below threads.

We now have a much longer setting up to 20 Rings Max up from the 6 that were there before (Thanks to a recent fix), so to that end we will be looking to change the settings for all users on Tuesday the 13/11/07

Once the Change has been applied the Number of Rings should match with the settings in the VoicePortal instead of the cent 2 to 1 ratio.


There should not be any issues as this is a pretty simple change but if any issues please phone into customer care or post here, prefer the customer care option
