Hey guys, so our flat signed up for fibre ~5 weeks ago. Everything went well and our ONT was installed 2 or so weeks ago.

We have a problem though, our Wireless router Vodafone was meant to provide has not turned up yet.
After repeated calls and hours of my time wasted this issue has still not been resolved, I keep getting told that they"ll "Look into it and give you a call back" - which never actually happens lol.

Do you guys have any suggestions on how I can escalate this? Because despite constant communication nothing is being done about this, which is affecting me as I can not work from home without incurring significant mobile data charges and my flatmates who are doing their Masters and Honours at University

Thanks

Ask to speak directly to the manager when you call them up (when you reach them), also maybe find a direct email address so you can email them. You might be able to find the email address on an old Facebook post or something?
