Does anybody know if it is possible to contact Vodafone via e-mail without using their contact form. I need to confirm some details regarding an upcoming UFB installation and their appalling voice customer service has been of little help thus far.

Onlinecare@vodafone.co.nz will connect you to our social care team, they should be able to help.

UFB is not easy to get due to the going backwards and forwards between the actual UFB installer, When the installer is ready with a date they contact Vodafone then Vodafone contacts customer,

Retail service providers don't do the actual install

I have found  nzconsumer.support@vodafone.com  to be quick and helpful.
