Hello Everyone,

I have a client which opperates a Tourism business and wants VFX, but needs the Voicemail to have a option for the customer to divert to two different numbers (Sales or Service Mobiles)

I have found the option in the Voicemail setup to divert on 0 to a number, but no options for further listings, but I hear it can be done!

Hmmmm, I just had a look at the Advanced options which are enabled on one of our VFX lines.  But I can't see any way to do it using those options, or any of the standard options.

Maybe Maverick has some further tricks up his sleeve?

The voicemail option only has a single redirect , it is not an automated attentant sorry and really this is not a residential product, what you are looking for is an Auto Attentant but at this stage while our platform is capable of doing this it is not availble at present, Note it is an Individual commercial product as well so would be priced as seperate product, we will be looking at offering this product in the future if there is a demand  for it.

Other than that thre is nothing at present that  will assist, The  commercial DVX products  SPA9000 and Quadro boxes have  Auto Attendants built in so if the customer is a commercial this may be an option for him

We are trying to stay away from selling PABX systems, as WorldxChange's mega-PABX has all the features we usually need for clients, is cheaper and doesn't require ongoing support :-)

But there is a demand for a IVR with more than one redirect option. I could sell this two one, and possibly two customers straight away.

My 2c's worth:

I'd like a multiple redirect option too. I'd have it set up to:

"Press 1 to redirect to my mobile"
"Press 2 to rediret to my wife's mobile"

Could be a good revenue earner - with people redirecting to their mobiles????

We have clients which would pay a nominal fee for this service as well. :-)

2talk offer it for free, so perhaps xnet should do to so that people dont opt for 2talk instead?

You have a single option now for free, there will be a home attentant function in the future with more options but it will probably not be free as there will be an associated cost with it, pretty sure we are giving away a lot of free stuff now especially if you have your DSL with usLaughing ,

Any ETA on this to pass alone to clients? Otherwise we may go with a SPA9000 for now, but will end up throwing it away once this feature becomes available. :-)

not committed which isn't the answer you want , we are talking through some options right now around some feature sets and deployment of this and it will depend on what comes out of those, it is definetly a feature option that we are looking at for home / soho users but there are some commercials around it at present.
