I see there were some posts some months ago about this, but I've noticed that in the last 24 hours nothing's been recorded of my usage (either on the handy desktop meter or the website).  ?

It stopped working sometime Saturday morning. I made a call to xnet at lunchtime today and they said that there is a fault with it and that they were working on it

I'm in the same boat. Couple of trickles yesterday and today - about 400mb tops - although we've done a few GB of traffic.

Going to give them a friendly call in the morning, see what's up :) Will post any findings.

Well gave 'em a call and it was as I thought .. Having a problem with RADIUS log processing and translating that to the billing side of things, however it will catchup eventually so don't think we're getting free traffic atm ;) Be wise and take a guess at your usage so you don't get a hefty bill :)

That is correct, We have a current fault which is causing the usage meter to not update. The fault started around 11am on Sunday and we have been told it should be resolved today at some stage.

Hmm still down.  Hopefully WPA is enough to keep any one from nicking my wireless unknowingly.  Given that something is still tracking my usage, I might just email Xnet to get a manual update.

Ditto .. Becoming a slight hassle to recall our data usage without going too crazy. Guy I spoke to said that usage would catchup eventually. Beginning to wonder if it will, but I don't wanna find out the hard way :) I'll give it a couple more days, then ask for an update, see how its progressing :)

Until the radius logs are processed we are unable to provide data usage figures.

Cheers for the update guys .. any expected ETR currently? I guess a question on a few people's mind would be is there any liklihood of there being any free traffic? :p

Now would probably not be a good time to go for broke unless you want to be capped for half a month or cough up for some extra data :)

Thanks for the warning Cameron!  Interesting that with Xtra, the only time I couldn't check my usage meter was when the entire connection was down ... so I guess this is a helluva lot of a better alternative and put into perspective isn't really a problem to me.  Still, how many times has this occurred in the past year?  As an Xnet customer, how often can I expect (on average) this to occur?
