Is anyone else in the Johnsonville area this evening having problems with Vodafone TV? We have some channels most channels but some the banner comes up and no picture. Channel 74 is an example (BBC Knowledge). Anyone else having issues?

Have you done any basic fault checking like the 3 finger reset of the unit?

Yep.

Powered off the tree and box, them lit the tree back up and once 4 lights, powered up the box. Tried this a couple of times and same result
