Unbelievably frustrated. Ex Telstra (now Vodafone) BB customer and I have no internet for 2+ days which means I can do absolutely no work.

I've called the helpdesk a number of times and given up after being on hold forever....

Finally got through to someone and have been bounced around the place to 4 different people now.

Can you please just get us the internet back VF? :(

This sucks!

I would love to change the world, but they won't give me the source code

What basic fault checking have you done, Tested another modem or an isolation test?

Did you ask for a fault ticket number?

Thanks

Let's be more productive folks than playing a blame game.

OP, are you on cable or DSL? If DSL have you tried a different modem/router? If you are on cable have you tried connecting your PC directly to the modem (and entering the correct IP configuration on this PC)?

Thanks MF & VF.

Yes, have unplugged all devices and left off for over 30 mins.
No result

Whilst there was a 'known issue', it doesn't seem to have been updated.

By the way, my issue only started yesterday, not on the 24th.

Do you have a master filter, have plugged new phones on the line, have a dial tone?

So you are in Henderson correct? Sounds like to me then it's a known issue and repair work is happening so calling is not going to speed up the process

Completely useless response John.
The VF helpdesk cant even tell me that the issue is related to the one on the website.

They claim no knowledge of 'clear systems' as they don't have access to 'clear helpdesk or accounts'.

It's not a useless response, First off need to confirm are you in that location?

I am trying to help you in my own time while at home,

If your invoice you get is marked TCL then you are best to call the 0508 888 800 number

Formerly with TelstraClear?

Okay, let's reset. I take that back.
Thanks.

<Just a bit scratchy as I've not been able to work...>

Anyway, yes I am in Henderson (Millbrook road)
I've done the basics of resetting, unplugging etc a number of times now.

I'll check the invoice - pretty sure its marked VF, but my logon id is xxxx@clear.net.nz
