Hi,

I've been a loyal Vodafone customer for over 15 years, in 4 different countries.
Now having newly arrived to NZ I attempted to swap my Prepay SIM over to OnAccount (Red+ Essentials).
That has got approved, but I also wanted to add a number for my wife with a Red Share for $19, and they refuse that because I don't have any credit history with Vodafone NZ. I just spoke to the credit review team and they said they have no dealings at all with Vodafone UK and therefore cannot offer me any flexibility.
I have had accounts with Vodafone UK for the last 5 years averaging at the equivalent of $200~$250 per month and these accounts are actually still active (haven't bothered to close them yet).

Secretly hoping JohnR can make some magic work here :)

1. Port to 2D
2. Complete conversion from prepay to onaccount online

I can take a look DM some details but Vodafone UK does not share credit records with Vodafone NZ
