Hey guys I'm wondering if anyone knows how to be able to change Vodafone tv stuff online I am currently with vodafone on fibre with Vodafone TV and want to be able to turn on SKY from time to time. It states online to login to My Vodafone to do it but the only login i get that will work is for customer zone which is heavily labeled as Telstraclear blah blah blah and is very horrible to use. Last i thought i signed up to Vodafone i used to be on ADSL and loved the old login straight from Vodafone NZ website everything was there easy to use but this is crap.

Sorry you think you can turn Sky on and off just by logging into the Vodafone web site?

By turn on, do you mean record a program when you're not at home?

If so, there's an app for your phone called 'Vodafone TV' (I think).

The issue i have is the only login i can get to work is through https://customerzone.vodafone.co.nz/customer-zone/ which does not give me any options and all and is lacking lots of information i can't even login to the old setup which was done of the main www.vodafone.co.nz website which has way more substance to it. It has been this way since I've setup fibre at my address with vodafone TV

You can't just add or remove Sky as you feel like it.

So why does your website say this quote You can use Vodafone TV's My Account tool to add channels, book SKY Box Office movies and manage My SKY recordings. I can't even get into a my account section at all that has anything to do with Vodafone tv

You can do all of those but I don't think you can switch between Sky and Freeview online.

I want to add sky to my account but be able to add and remove on my own without calling Vodafone because as per above no one knows what the heck they are doing ie why go through sky direct when I'm on Vodafone fibre with Vodafone TV box already
